Valerie helped us buy our first house in 2006, and we went back to her this year when it was time to sell it. She is amazing. So comprehensive and fast. My husband and I interviewed realtors in February 2021 and selected Valerie and Erik to represent us when we sold our Vista home. They arranged for exterior photos to be taken a couple months after we signed up with them. It was so unbelievable how beautiful the photos turned out. I don't think Valerie and Erik or us had any idea that it would take us 8 months to finally find the single story home that we wanted to buy in Fallbrook. When we closed escrow in November 2021 on the Fallbrook property, we were able to put together our strategy for the sale of our Vista home. We decided to get through the holidays and put it on the market mid to late January 2022. I personally was dreading the staging process, but Val made it painless and so easy on me. More photos were taken and our house hit the MLS listing on a Tuesday night. Again, i was amazed at how outstanding the photo presentation was and let all of my friends and relatives know to check it out. We had an open house the weekend right after the MLS listing was published and it was by appointment only. Our neighbors said it looked like a rock concert was being held at our house, there was so much activity. We had multiple offers over list price waiting for us on Monday morning and opened escrow on Tuesday. Val and Erick arranged for us to remain in the house for two weeks after the close of escrow since our Fallbrook house was not quite finished with our remodeling. Moving and buying and selling are all very stressful processes, but Val and Erik made it a lot less stressful and always had our back.
